Hoew to get drug free relief from aches and pains

In my last post I told you about how my arthritis will benefit from Microwarm Microwaveable Heatwraps. I thought it will be useful to tell you about the Heatwraps. First of all there are 3 different products in the range - the Heatwrap, the "Cushion" and the Handwarmer.

The best seller is the Heatwrap. This is a long sausage-shaped product that is very versatile and can be used on almost any part of the body. The "Cushion" is made from the same materials as the Heatwrap but instead of folding the fabric lengthwise, it is folded widthwise to create a cushion with the same quantity of grain being used. Heating instructions, then, are the same for both products.

The Heatwrap and the "Cushion" are both heated for up to 2 minutes on the high setting on your microwave oven - the greater the wattage the less time it will need. Once heated, the Heatwrap can be used on any part of the body whereas the "Cushion is more suited to where you have larger body surfaces - your knees, stomach, etc. In addition to relieving aches and pains. both products can be used to warm you up if you are cold and can also be used in bed instead of a hot water bottle.
Handwarmers are small enough to be held in your hand. To heat them, remove from the packaging and place in your microwave oven for 30 seconds. you can then use them to heat your hands, relieve toothache, earache, etc.
