How do I use Heritage Woodcare on my garden furniture

I have had an anonymous comment to my last post asking for information on using Heritage Woodcare on garden furniture. (I have tried to publish this comment but being silver haired and not having my 12yr old grandson to hand I don't know if I have done it right)
However, the first thing to check is the condition of your furniture. If it is new you are OK. Older furniture as long as it has not gone silvery again you are OK. If it has gone silvery, you will need to sand it and remove ALL this weathered effect - any left on will go black! You then use the Heritage Woodcare in the usual way i.e. first give the bottle a really good shake and pour a little in to a container, soak any soft cloth in the polish and squeeze the cloth out, also ring the cloth out What is left in the container you then pour back in the bottle. Then you just wipe, ensuring you wipe all the surfaces of the wood,
This will give a natural effect. I would recommend your furniture is treated at least once per month. If you want a coloured effect on your furniture apply the stain after sanding and before using Heritage.NB with new furniture take advice from the manufacturer before applying stain
Heritage Woodcare can be bought at the Heritage Polish stand at the Milton Keynes Garden Show or online from www.heritagepolish.com/wood.hthl

Milton Keynes Garden Show

I returned from a week away in the early hours of Sunday. The plane got in to East Midlands airport at 1.30.am and my son was waiting to pick us (my wife and myself) up.It is great when family helps out. We went to Spain - about 40k from Malaga heading towards Gibralta. The weather was good on the whole but cloudy on the Tuesday and Saturday and thunderstorms on Friday night. .I would like to say we had a rest but there were 40 steps to our appartment - this did mean the views were really good, overlooking the sea from the balcony. We travelled around a great deal visiting Nerja twice. Mihas, Ronda as well as the tourist areas (Torramolinos,Marbella etc.)

I am getting ready for the Milton Keynes Garden Show this weekend. We will be in Middleton Hall as usual with the show opening at 9.30.am Friday. All the usual stands will be there and you can get everything you want for your garden. I am in my usual position opposite John Lewis restaurant between MG Bonsii and the Garden Design stand.

I will have the full range of products out and this time I will also have some pretty metal hooks suitable for clothing etc. They are reminescent of canal boat designs and will make attractive presents - for yourself as well as for others.

All in all it is a good show and free entry makes it well worth a visit. I hope to see you there!
If you cannot make the show though, you can still get the full range of Heritage and Green Angel Skincare products online from http://www.heritagepolish.com/

www.heritagepolish.com is still OK but .....

I am having trouble updating shows on the website. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I thought I had it resolved but it has now developed more problems. I am still exhibiting at the garden show at Milton Keynes. For future shows until I have the problem resolved I will keep properly updated on this blog. Esales and mail-order are continuing as normal. Details of all products can be found at http://www.heritagepolish.com/ Products can be purchased online or send a cheque to the WREN House address.

How can I look after my boat, and remove water marks?

Not a lot has happened since my last post. I had a stand at the National Kit Car Show bank holiday weekend but it was nothing to write home about. Trade was very slow but this seems to be the norm at the moment.

My wife and I went to Norfolk for the weekend. The weather was really good and that helped to make the time away special. It was my wifes birthday so we visited many of the places where she spent time as a child. Looking at the boats that were moored at many of the beauty spots we visited made me realise how they would benefit from Heritage Woodcare.
Heritage Woodcare will really look after those boats, cleaning, polishing and removing water marks.

Heritage Woodcare can be obtained online - visit www.heritagepolish.com/wood.html
